Meniere’s Disease – disorder of Inner ear.
The Tone I hear in Both Ears, 24 hours a day, non-stop is deafening loud. The tone is around the 12,000Mz range and makes sitting in a quiet room, incredibly Loud. I found listening to ‘Music Playlists’ the best way to ‘Mask’ this horrible disability. Much of this journal, listened to a FFDP Playlist, over and over, for hours, while was focused on writing.
Warning this sound is difficult to listen to for a brief 5 second’s, I hear it always…try to listen for 5 minutes

Listen to Music & FFDP while I Write
The sound was killing my head, like being inside of a bass drum while FFDP played ‘Wash it all away’ these guys should know I been listening to their songs on a repeated loop, while writing a good portion of this book, FFDP Five Finger Death Punch, what a F..d Up name, but a very good unique sound, the FFDP sound has been a major part in this book. I have to keep some ‘sound’ in my ears at all times, to cancel out the high pitch tone. The loud noise from the Meiners Disease never goes away, only covered up with other sounds.
Sound is a double-edged blade, causing problems in my head in two different ways. While writing, in my own room, with my door closed, FFDP songs playing thru headphones, people opening and closing doors will trigger headaches. The overall Db sound level is relativity low and is not very loud. To me it feels like people slamming doors, the sound percussion wave messes with my brain. I feel the percussion move through the air, and it causes episodes. The percussion causes issues in my head. I am constantly complaining about family slamming doors, always telling them to lower their voice when they talk to me, sounds like they are almost yelling at me. To them, the doors are NOT being slammed, voices are not that loud, and in reality, they are not slamming doors or talking loudly. Sound, to me, this condition, everything is super loud.
Watching and Listening over and over to a playlist of Five Finger Death Punch: Gone Away, Wrong Side of Heaven, House of the Rising sun, Far From Home, Remember Everything, Darkness Settles In, Blue on Black, Wash it all Always, I Apologize, A Little Bit Off, Bad Company, Inside Out, Brighter Side of Grey, Battle Born, Jekyll & Hyde.’ Really been enjoying that Death Punch Sound, listening through headphones while I write. FFDP has a respect for the military, in their unique sound, something I definitely relate too. The high-pitched tone drownes out the music.
